How long does my item take to ship?

All items are custom created upon ordering unless listing states item is stocked. On average, these are the turn around times:

Edible Bottles: 1 Week On Average

Custom Designs (8x10s, Invitations..): 72 Business Hours for First Proof

Edible Imagery: 72 Business Hours

Please note, the above times are production times and not shipping times. These are also averages and not exact due to current workload. For rush orders, please contact us for a RUSH ORDER.

Please put your date for your event in your order notes. It will help us ensure your ordered correctly, selected the right shipping and your order can be fulfilled in time! Please note, if you select Priority Mail and First Class Mail, it is NOT GUARANTEED SERVICE. Never Forgotten Designs can not be held responsible for not guaranteed service that arrives late. We will work with you to track and file claims in the event of lost mail.

How should I store my edible imagery?

Please store in their ziplock bag, at room temperature (appr. 72 degrees F). Use clean scissors when cutting your images. Please note, in cold months and very hot months, special handling conditions may apply.

How should I store my sugar bottles?

Please store in their ziplock bag, at room temperature (appr. 72 degrees F). Isomalt is a heat / moisture sensitive item and if humidity is high, can break down your bottles. Bottles are NOT guaranteed after delivery as I can not control the environment in which they are stored.
